After 43 incredible years working at the Albany Civic Center, we are celebrating the retirement of our Production Manager, Kenny Lovelace.
Some say Kenny “came with the building,” and after more than four decades of dedication, knowledge and steady leadership, it certainly feels that way.
Throughout the years, Kenny has been the constant behind countless successful events, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make every production run smoothly. He has seen generations of staff come and go, adapting to every change with patience, professionalism and grace. No matter the transition, Kenny always helped make it seamless for everyone around him.
What truly stands out most, is the kind of person Kenny is. Colleagues describe him as knowledgeable, dependable and always willing to help. Clients and repeat events consistently speak highly of him and look forward to working with him because they know their event is in capable hands.
Kenny’s impact on Flint River Entertainment Complex cannot be measured simply in years served, but in the relationships he built, the people he mentored and the standard of excellence he set every single day.
Thank you, Kenny, for 43 remarkable years of service and dedication. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your legacy here will never be forgotten.
Congratulations on your retirement — you’ve certainly earned it!
