The Afton Fair is June 13 to 16th. This is a couple weeks earlier but our normal dates conflicted with our midway availability. We hope to see you at the 135th Afton Fair

We have had several racecar drivers and owners as well as spectators reach out personally to us (not via Facebook comments) asking us to reconsider allowing another race on September 9 even though it is not on the schedule. Unfortunately we did not factor the racers or spectators into this decision and only based it on the time needed to get the projects done before winter which we now realize the racers and the spectators are a main part of the equation. Moving forward working with a promoter this will be discussed when setting up the schedule even though in previous years there hasn’t been a race scheduled to run past Labor Day so I am sure no thought was given to a race after by either party. We are sorry for the lack of consideration for the drivers and spectators on the part of the Afton Fair Board of Directors. We hope you enjoy the race.

Come on down to the 134th Afton Fair...Midway rides are running...lots of food...vendors are open....Michael Mullenax will be on the entertainment stage from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm....Circus Incredible will be performing at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm....no gate admission so stop by and enjoy the fair...we will post changes as we have them....

Due to the weather prediction and concern for the safety of our participates we are canceling our Open Horse Show for the 134th Afton Fair... the weather does not look favorable and we do not want any riders or horses to be in danger.. as we are trying to make the decision it is thundering so this makes us realize it is the correct decision..Thank you and stay safe. See you next year at the 135th Afton Fair
