Lakewood Hall is available for PRIVATE RENTALS! Birthdays, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Fundraisers, Family Reunions, Holiday Gatherings, Class Reunions and more!
All rentals are private. We are closed to the public during rentals. The cost to rent the lower level is $250. That gives you one hour to set up and 5 hours of event time. Additional hours can be added at $30 per hour. Downstairs will hold 50-55 people. It has a small kitchen, stove. Microwaves, and a long counter top for food. You can bring in all the food you want and bottled water if you choose. Soda and alcohol must come from behind the bar. Soda is $1. Beer is $2-$2.50 and mixed drinks are $2.50-$5. It is a CASH ONLY bar. We do NOT have an ATM. You are also welcome to decorate as long as it doesn't damage the walls. No nails, thumbtacks, confetti or glitter. If you need more space, we have a very large upper level that can accommodate an additional 60-75 people depending on how you would like it set up. The rental cost for both floors is $400.
