If you are a new 5k participant, give yourself an extra pat on the back as it's definitely one of the most challenging courses and you did it!

We will be able to make a useful donation to the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance which provides support in the aftermath of nature disasters like the recent Texas flooding, and the race also annually offers local support for the brave firefighters of Abington Fire Company. Another big thank you!
We had many generous sponsors and prize donors, many of them businesses that are asked all the time to make donations and have come through time and again for us. Please support them all. If you won a door prize, and can thank them for donating to the Soaker when you use it, that goes a long way to continuing their charity! We also give special thanks to all of our race volunteers who marshalled and helped with registration, DJ Steve Mundy, Sam our photographer, the Abington Township Police Department and Abington Fire Company.
If you are looking for a church home, Abington Presbyterian Church is a warm, inclusive place of worship with a very active family base and renowned choir programs. We hold a simple, intimate service with communion at 8 a.m. outdoors in the summer, and we hold a traditional celebration service in our air-conditioned sanctuary at 10 a.m. Sundays led by our pastor Sudie Neisen Thompson.
Enjoy the remainder of summer!
