Miss East Africa Organization formally invites applications from legally registered and experienced event management companies to organize, manage, and deliver the Miss East Africa Beauty Pageant 2026.
The Miss East Africa competition is a prestigious regional platform that celebrates beauty, culture, talent, and unity across East Africa and its surrounding regions. The Grand Final is scheduled to take place between 1st and 15th November 2026, at a venue to be confirmed in collaboration with the appointed organizing company.
Eligible companies are expected to demonstrate strong capacity in large-scale event production, marketing, sponsorship acquisition, media coordination, and talent management. The selected organizer will work closely with our Organization to ensure the successful planning, promotion, and ex*****on of the competition in line with international standards and regional cultural values.
This Pageant presents significant commercial and branding opportunities, including but not limited to:
Advertising and media exposure
Strategic partnerships and sponsorships
Brand visibility across television, digital platforms, and live events, Market pe*******on and recognition across East Africa and surrounding regions.
