我是 一位持續授課超過兩年的瑜伽老師，有以下喜好及堅持：
✨喜歡帶小班制
每個身體、每個靈魂，都擁有獨特的故事。
公式化的口令與調整，無法真正照顧到每一位同學的需要。
小班制讓我能陪伴每位練習者，以更細緻、更專注的方式練習。
✨瑜伽不是做得多漂亮
對我來說，瑜伽從來都不只是運動，而是一條 回到自己、回到平靜 的路。
無論外形是否完美、動作幅度是否巨大，都不是我在意的重點。
我更在意的是：
透過每一次體位，陪你察覺當下的身體變化。同一個動作，每一天都有不同的感受；身體的練習，同時也是覺知的練習。
✨教與學之間，我們彼此照亮
您是學生，也是我的老師；
我是老師，也持續在您們身上學習。
我相信沒有絕對的「標準口令」，也沒有絕對的「做得好或不好」——
能夠專注當下、知道自己當下的需要，就是最好的練習。
如果我們有着相同的頻率，期待在課堂裡與你一起呼吸、一起共振、一起成長。

Dear friends of Iron Forest Space,
I’m a yoga teacher who has been teaching consistently for over two years.
I’d love to share a bit about my teaching approach so you can get to know me better:
✨ Enjoy small-group classes
Every body and every soul is unique.
Standardized cueing or one-size-fits-all adjustments simply cannot support everyone equally.
With a small class, I can guide each student with more attention, clarity, and care.
✨ Yoga is more than movement
To me, yoga is not about how beautiful a pose looks or how deep a stretch can go.
It is an entryway to knowing yourself and returning to inner calm.
What I care about most is:
helping you observe the subtle changes within your body in each pose.
The same movement feels different every day; physical practice is also a practice of awareness.
✨ Teaching and learning happen both ways
You are my student, yet also my teacher.
I am your teacher, yet continuously learning from you.
There is no absolute “perfect cue” or “perfect pose.”
What truly matters is being present and understanding what your body needs in this moment.
If we share the same frequency, I warmly welcome you to join me in class—
to breathe, resonate, and grow together.
