空場 回來了！
2018年底，空場因北投原址租約結束而暫停營運。這些年，我們沒有放棄，一路尋覓、嘗試、等待更合適的場域。終於在2025年，我們在新北八里找到全新的基地，正式展開「空場2.0」—— 將原為舞團練習的360坪廠房空間，重新打造成擁有17間獨立工作室與展演空間的藝術聚落，期望提供各類型創作者一個自由創作、交流共構的基地。
回顧空場在北投時期，作為台灣第一個大型自發文化創作聚落，不只提供藝術家實驗創作的空間，也策劃過展演、論壇與國際駐村計畫，推動了《草率季 Taipei Art Book Fair》、《VIDEO on the Road 》、Open Studio 等廣受關注的藝文活動，連結國內外藝術網絡，成為策展人與機構認識台灣藝術能量的重要據點。也正是這些經驗，讓我們有足夠的養分和信心，踏上下一段旅程！
這裡是我們花了七年找回來的「空場」，一個延續初衷、也準備開展更多可能的地方。空場2.0 希望成為一個文化再生的基地，為這座舊廠房注入創作的活力，也讓藝術能量不只侷限在市中心，能從八里河岸延伸出去。同時，我們也相信藝術家的創作需要一個能發展、能被看見，並彼此連結的空間，這個緊鄰淡水河岸的場域，就是為這樣的想像而存在。
歷經數月的整理，目前空間整修已完成，即將正式開放進駐申請！

Polymer is back!
Back in late 2018, Polymer had to pause operations after our lease ended in Beitou. We've spent the past few years searching for a new home. And now we’ve found it—in Bali, New Taipei. We’ve transformed a repurposed warehouse into a 360-ping creative space with 17 individual studios and a shared area for all kinds of creative happenings. Polymer 2.0 is all about giving artists and creators a space to make, connect, and grow together.
Back in Beitou, Polymer was Taiwan’s first and largest artist-run space. We hosted not just studios, but also performances, talks, international residencies, and projects like Taipei Art Book Fair, VIDEO on the Road, and Open Studio. It became a key spot for artists, curators, and organizations to connect with Taiwan’s creative energy. That journey led us to this new beginning.
Now，we’re finally ready to open our doors!
