「小小創業家」是一場結合「遊戲」、「規劃」和「賽局」的課程活動設計，集英鋪設了一個情境模擬的職場主題，用企業經營的概念及思考模式，讓孩子在過程中因應未來所需具備的能力。孩子在實際創業的過程中，透過集體的行動與虛擬的職場困境中，打開孩子的視野及觀察力，最後以園遊會形式檢驗自己的想像。
