世新大學以傳播教育起家，而新聞學系的前身為「編輯採訪科」，號稱是台灣傳播界的搖籃，多年來一直培育出投身媒體傳播界的優秀人才。

2014年，新聞學系也正式舉辦了第一屆畢業成果展覽，由一群充滿熱忱的大四應屆畢業生，將沈浸了四年專業新聞教育的成果昭告大眾。

而2015年，一群畢業生即將破「勇」而出！
