在這個理想國 為了加快人類的發展
實行了種族制度------
每個人都有所屬的種族
每個種族都有自己的專業領域

為了維持優良基因的傳承
各種族間不得交流
甚至連日常的對話、互相認識都是不被允許的
違反者將被處以殘酷的刑罰

人們恐懼這種烏托邦式的制度 害怕這樣的刑罰
因此稱之為------ Utophobia

但身為領導人的主角們
擁有維持制度運行的權力
卻正計畫著推翻這個制度......
