We warmly welcome anyone who is interested in serving as a host and welcoming international guests to apply. Both individuals and groups are eligible to join. The application deadline is May 17, and applications may be submitted either through the online form or by email.

我們深切哀悼第2屆「國家文化資產保存奬」得主暨「蘭陽舞蹈團」創辦人秘克琳神父辭世。
神父畢生投入臺灣藝術教育、民族舞蹈等無形文化資產的保存與國際文化交流，影響深遠，亦為CIOFF Taipei長年敬重與珍惜的重要前輩。謹致最誠摯的敬意與追思，願安息。
We express our deepest condolences on the passing of Fr. Gian Carlo Michelini, recipient of the 2nd National Cultural Heritage Preservation Award and founder of the Lanyang Dance Troupe. He devoted his life to arts education in Taiwan, the preservation of folk dance and other forms of intangible cultural heritage, and international cultural exchange, leaving a profound impact. He was also a highly respected and deeply cherished senior figure of CIOFF Taipei for many years. We extend our most sincere respect and remembrance. May he rest in peace.

第2屆「國家文化資產保存奬」得主暨「蘭陽舞蹈團」創辦人秘克琳神父辭世（1935-2026）

第2屆國家文化資產保存奬「保存貢獻類」得主暨「蘭陽舞蹈團」創辦人 #秘克琳神父（Fr. Gian Carlo Michelini）日前辭世，享耆壽91歲。李遠部長深表哀悼，並表示，秘克琳神父以推廣臺灣藝術教育與民族舞蹈為終身職志，為臺灣留下珍貴的無形文化資產，文化部將呈請總統明令褒揚。

秘克琳神父1935年生於義大利波隆納，自小成長在豐盛的藝術環境中，觸目所及無不是人類藝術天才的心血結晶。

1964年到臺灣，他感動於醇美的風土民情、興盛的民俗慶典活動，1966年創立「 #天主教羅東青年育樂中心」，之後改名為「 #天主教蘭陽青年會」，並成立「 #蘭陽舞蹈團」，
開辦舞蹈、國樂、美術、跆拳道等課程，致力民族文化推廣與傳承，其中以小朋友的習舞表現最為傑出。

1974年臺灣連續幾年面對退出聯合國、國際關係風雨飄搖之際，
秘克琳神父突破種種外交困境，帶領蘭陽舞蹈團前往義大利、梵蒂岡巡演60餘場，開創國內表演藝術團體前往義大利演出的先例，也是臺灣首個在教宗御前獻舞的表演藝術團體。

秘克琳神父創立的「天主教蘭陽青年會」多年來融合地方傳統舞蹈精髓不斷創新，成為宜蘭民族舞蹈保存及人才訓練基地。

👉2012年宜蘭縣政府登錄為傳統表演藝術「舞蹈—民族舞蹈」保存團體。
👉2012年秘克琳神父獲文化部頒發第2屆「國家文化資產保存奬」，肯定其戮力向下扎根教育，影響成千上萬的蘭陽子弟，更帶領蘭陽舞蹈團長年進行世界的藝術文化交流，不僅提升臺灣能見度，也舞出穩固國際情誼。

秘克琳神父以一甲子的實際行動，用藝術教育陪伴孩子們成長，讓人們看到藝術豐富多元的價值，更攜手「天主教蘭陽青年會」與「蘭陽舞蹈團」建立國際文化情誼，深具貢獻。

【Final Call! 2026 Nan Ying International Folklore Festival – International Group Applications Close on 11/30】

The open call for international performing groups for the 2026 Nan Ying International Folklore Festival is now in its final countdown.

We will only accept applications until November 30, 2025. If your group is interested in participating, please be sure to complete your application and submit all required documents before the deadline.

If you have already downloaded the documents and filled out the forms, please email all required application files to:

Once we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you do NOT receive any reply from us, it may mean there was a problem with sending or receiving your email. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via Facebook message so that we can help check your application status.

At this stage, you only need to use the files in the “stage00” and “stage01” folders after unzipping the package.
The remaining files are for selected groups and will be used later, after your participation has been officially confirmed.

応募書類の受付期限は2025年11月30日までとなっております。
参加をご検討中の団体の皆様は、どうぞこの最後の期間をお見逃しなく、期限内のご提出をお願いいたします。

【2026南瀛国際民俗芸術祭　国際参加団体を募集！】
2年に一度開催される「南瀛国際民俗芸術祭」は1996年の創設以来、50か国超・数百のパフォーミンググループを招へいし、各回で10万人以上の観客を魅了してきました。世界の多様な民俗文化を紹介するとともに、台湾では数少ない国際連携・文化外交の意義をもつ芸術祭です。

台南は台湾の「文化の原郷」かつ「味の都」。古都の路地、廟会の祭礼、職人の技、海辺の生態が日常を織りなし、安平古堡から孔子廟へ、小吃から創作料理へ、芸術祭からサイエンスパークへ――台南はクラシックであり同時にコンテンポラリー。台湾を読み解く最良の入口です。

2026年の南瀛国際民俗芸術祭は30周年を迎え、2026年10月に台湾・台南市で開催します。現在、世界各地の民俗／民間芸術のパフォーミンググループを広く募集しています。国際参加団体の参加申請は無料で、台湾への往復国際旅客輸送（手配および費用）のみ自己負担となります。主催者は現地での食事・宿泊・現地交通など、充実した受入れ（ホスピタリティ）を提供します。芸術・文化・友情・国際交流が交差するこの祭典に、皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしています。

While our participation in the 2025 Prague Folklore Days and the First Taiwan Cultural Day is not officially part of the "Taiwan Cultural Year in Europe", we are proud to ride on the momentum of this significant cultural movement. Through this independent initiative, we aim to present Taiwan’s artistic diversity and Tainan’s cultural excellence to the world.

Three outstanding performance troupes from Tainan — Fong Tian Shen Gu(鳳天神鼓), Chi Shan Performing Arts Studio (赤山表演藝術坊), and Shiang Cheng Taiwanese Opera Troupe (鄉城歌仔戲劇團) — will travel to Prague in July to perform at this prestigious event. Their presence highlights the depth of traditional and contemporary performance art in southern Taiwan and reflects our shared mission to bring Taiwan's stories to global audiences.

This cultural journey is made possible through the support of the Taiwan-Czech Art & Culture Link (TCACL), demonstrating the power of civil society in advancing cultural exchange.

A special send-off performance will be held on July 6 at 3:30 PM at Xinying Cultural Center, with free admission. Don’t miss this chance to witness the cultural power of Tainan before it goes global!
