As we look backward to 2020, the unexpected COVID-19 virus emerged causing retail businesses, manufacturing, and any other involving face-to-face businesses shut down in the domino effect that ensued. Fortunately, even during the worst of the economic shutdown period, we are survival and we should wish all our friends having healthy and wealthy life, stay safe as always.

As we move into 2021, changes will continue to happen, they maybe slow or perhaps even quicker, if we have learnt anything from 2020, it is to almost expect the unexpected, our business need to prepare for the unexpected, thus, the sincerely and friendly suggestion will be now take more stock and look to update them based on the lessons learnt in 2020.
