你有吃過最道地的 Tmmyan（傳統醃肉）嗎？🥩

過去族人在山林裡生活與狩獵時，會利用鹽巴與簡單調味來保存肉品。
對泛紋面族群來說，Tmmyan 不只是一道食物，
更代表著家族共享的溫暖、勞動的汗水，以及部落與自然共生的生活智慧。
老人家常說：「你抱持著什麼樣的心情，醃肉成品就會是什麼味道。」
所以製作時一定要帶著好心情喔！

親手體驗傳統風味的形成過程，感受青年如何用飲食文化連結部落與當代生活 ✨

Have you ever tasted authentic Tmmyan (traditional pickled meat)? 🥩

In the past, when tribal people lived and hunted in the mountains, they preserved meat using salt and simple seasonings. For the facial-tattooed indigenous groups, Tmmyan is not just food—it embodies the warmth of family sharing, the sweat of labor, and the living wisdom of coexisting with nature.

Elders often say, "The mood you bring into making it will define how the pickled meat tastes." So be sure to craft with a happy heart!

Guided by members of the Ptasan Student Association, this hands-on workshop will take you through salting, seasoning, and packaging, letting you experience how traditional flavors are created while feeling how youth bridge tribal culture with modern life ✨

The Hualien Association of Dowmung Origin has long been dedicated to promoting culture, youth empowerment, and local craft preservation in the Dowmung area, continuously sustaining Truku craft traditions through tribal skills and cultural education.

This workshop unlocks the hands-on charm of making a "Dowmung Mini Knife"!
With clear step-by-step demonstrations and pre-prepared materials, you will master basic techniques and experience the essence of traditional craftsmanship in 60 minutes.

Yubu Saysang is a Truku rattan craft creator with 5 years of deep expertise in rattan weaving.
He is fully skilled in every step, from wild harvesting and splitting to smoothing the vines.
Whether it's rattan baskets, hats, bamboo-rattan sieves, or bow weaving, he is dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Truku craftsmanship!

This workshop will lead everyone through a DIY experience of "Rattan Ring Keychains" and "Rattan-Woven Bamboo Cups"!

這次特別攜手組成「五站共聲・古調餘韻」，將帶來四首太魯閣族傳統歌曲。

Bringing together five stations from the Hualien Southern Xiulin Community Care Center—Dowmung, Rongshu, Wenlan, Chongguang, and Shuiyuan!
Joining hands for this special showcase, "Harmony of Five Tribes: Echoes of Ancient Chants," they will present four traditional Truku songs.

Through the elders' sincere and resonant voices, they sing the cultural memories and life stories belonging to these tribes.
May their singing bring healing strength, and we invite everyone to feel the warmth of the valley in their voices🌾

馬樂 Madal 是來自臺東膽曼部落的阿美族音樂創作者與文化實踐者。
深耕部落文化逾 20 年，長期採集古調，現於臺大音樂學研究所攻讀博士。
2025 年推出首張全族語專輯《被祝福的人 Malemeday》，
將傳統仿古調融入當代聲音藝術，以「祝福、創傷與療癒」為核心。
作品接連斬獲全球音樂獎與 LIT 國際音樂獎等多項肯定，成功將阿美族土地記憶轉譯至國際舞台。

˚̩̥̩̥̩̩̥͙ ✦ ̩̩̥͙˚̩̥̩̥̩̩͙ Madal Arik (Chen Qi-Hong) ˚̩̥̩̥̩̩̥͙ ✦ ̩̩̥͙˚̩̥̩̥̩̩͙

Madal Arik is an Amis music creator and cultural practitioner from the Ta’man tribal community in Taitung.
Having dedicated over 20 years to indigenous culture, he has spent long periods collecting ancient chants and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the Graduate Institute of Musicology, National Taiwan University.
In 2025, he released his debut solo album in the Amis language, Malemeday (The Blessed One), fusing traditional chant-style melodies into contemporary sound arts, centering around "blessings, trauma, and healing."
His work has garnered multiple international honors, including the Global Music Awards and the LIT Talent Awards, successfully translating the memories of the Amis land to the global stage.
