慢。精品:花蓮不只好山好水，還有好森林，邀請您來場”美綠”森呼吸。藉由舉辦健康樂活路跑活動，設計多元體育體驗項目，結合在地特色資源，號召喜愛健康、戶外活動、運動促進的活動參與者，整合在地旅遊元素建構適合各式族群，全家大小都適合的健康舞台，來場有別傳統滿足身心靈、中花蓮獨有的慢活森呼吸。打造中花蓮運動觀光聚落，策進在地:經濟、社群、環境永續共贏(營)，熱情邀請喜愛健康自然的團體、家庭、個人來營造體驗花蓮不一樣的美。
