📍Three-Points Shot to Health is a sport project which was co-funded by Erasmus+ Programme of European Union. In this project, we aimed to develop some drills to prevent injuries in early age in basketball sport for young athletes with the experts. 📢📢 We are proud that we finalized Erasmus+Sport Project co-funded by Erasmus Programs with the partnership of Kargenc Kulubu, EU Projekti Rss Asd Margherita Sport e Vita 🥳
✅✅ Final meeting of the project was held in Bari, Italy with the participation of project managers, experts and basketball coaches from .
📍We all developed new drills for the prevention of injuries during basketball sports.
🔜🔜 Now we are working on the manual of the project by combining all the drills developed in Croatia, Turkey, and Italy.

Domani ospiteremo l'ultimo Transnational Project Meeting del Progetto Erasmus+ Sport: 3-PSH / Three Points Shot to Health.

L' Asd Margherita Sport e Vita è il full partner italiano e si avvale della collaborazione dello staff dei tecnici di basket del . In particolare ci sarà l'intervento della preparatrice fisica Roberta De Tullio che presenterà scenari di prevenzione e riatletizzazione degli infortuni al ginocchio nei giovani cestiti.

Tutto pronto! Siamo felici di ospitare i partner croati, bulgari e turchi.

✅3rd Meeting of Three-Points Shot to Health Erasmus Sport Project was successfully accomplished 🥳
👉🏻 Our project aims to prevent common injuries while playing basketball during the early age of players. The first round of the meeting was the theoretical part and the kinesiologists from each partner presented the common injuries and prevention plans of these injuries. Regarding these presentations, all basketball coaches developed some drills by focusing streghtening and balance.
📍Duing the second session of the meeting, all the developed drills were practiced with 20 young basketball players.
📍Now these drills are ready to be added into the project booklet ✅👊🏻
👉🏻👉🏻The last step of the project will be in Italy on 25th of October📍.
