Solo Uluslararası Çağdaş Dans Festivali, 9. kez sanatseverlerle buluşuyor.

2018 yılından bu yana kesintisiz olarak devam eden festival, ülkemizde bireysel çağdaş dans kategorisine özgün tek etkinlik olarak Türkiye’den ve dünyadan dans sanatçılarını ağırlayacak. 29–30 Ağustos tarihlerinde CerModern Açıkhava Sahnesi’nde iki gün boyunca bir dans şöleni sunacak olan festival kapsamında; gösteriler, dans atölyeleri, seminerler ve müzik etkinlikleri gerçekleştirilecek.

Ülkemizde dans sanatının gelişimine ve geniş kitlelere ulaşabilmesine katkı sağlamayı amaçlayan Solo Dans Festivali, çağdaş dansın tekil, özgün ve öncü gücüyle bir sosyal platform olarak hayata geçmiştir.

CerModern tarafından yürütülen programın danışma ekibi; bu alanda öncü çalışmalar yapan Deniz Alp, Özgür Adam ve Galip Emre’den oluşuyor.

Solo International Contemporary Dance Festival meets art lovers for the 9th time.

Continuing uninterrupted since 2018, the festival will host dance artists from Turkey and around the world as the only event in the country dedicated exclusively to the solo contemporary dance category. Taking place on 29–30 August at the CerModern Open Air Stage, the festival will offer two days of dance performances, along with workshops, seminars, and music events.

Aiming to contribute to the development of dance in Turkey and to reach wider audiences, the Solo Dance Festival was established as a social platform powered by the singular, original, and pioneering spirit of contemporary dance.

The advisory team of the program, organized by CerModern, consists of leading figures in the field: Deniz Alp, Özgür Adam, and Galip Emre.

Dansı yalnızca bir gösteri değil, bir keşif ve düşünce alanı olarak ele alan festival; bedeni anlatının merkezine koyan özgün bir deneyim sunuyor. 13 farklı ülkeden 20 dans sanatçısının performanslarıyla CerModern Açık Hava Sahnesi yeniden canlanacak. Registrations for the Solo Contemporary Dance Festival / Solo Çağdaş Dans Festivali kayıtları başlamıştır

The SOLO Contemporary Dance Festival will be held from 29 June to 1 July 2018 at CerModern Art Center, one of the most beautiful venues for performing arts in Ankara. For more information about the venue please visit https://www.cermodern.org

The festival is a three days event to support and promote contemporary dance in Turkey and abroad, to make contact with international dancers and dance companies and to promote cultural and academic exchange. It is open for contemporary dancers who have a documented artistic activity, professional dancers with a diploma of dance studies and or dance companies. The festival will start with a 4 days workshop program. Participation in the festival for a solo is permitted for solos that are autonomous solo performances and should not be shorter than 5 minutes and no longer than 10 minutes.
