Ever wonder who's actually behind Sola Luna, and where the name comes from?
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁:
25 years ago, on the island of Samothraki in Greece, a festival called Sola Luna was born — one of the very first psytrance gatherings in Europe. It was one of the original creations of the same team now behind Free Earth Festival. That spirit never disappeared. Today, Sola Luna lives again — this time on the beaches of Thailand, carrying the same name and the same energy into a new generation.

🇬🇷 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹
30+ years in the game. Based in Athens, this is the team behind the legendary Samothraki Dance Festival (2001–2003), often called the "Daddy" of all psytrance festivals. Over three decades they've built festivals, tours, and labels across Greece, Goa, Chroatia, Thailand, Morocco, Turkey, Romania, Spain and beyond — including Free Earth Festival itself, running strong since 2013. They know how to build something that lasts.

The heart of Thailand's underground scene. Born in the jungles of Nakhon Si Thammarat and built together with Lost Project, Ligor Spirit has spent years growing a festival known for its waterfalls, forest stages, and a tight-knit local family vibe. They're proof that Thailand's psy community is deep-rooted and strong.
