Name a better way to start the day than with yoga and coffee on a beautiful Thai island 🌿☕️

Last year, we discovered Aoy's Little Farm & Bakery, close to where we stayed in Salakphet. It turned out to be the perfect setting for a wonderful morning yoga session, led by Marieke (Soulistic Health). 🧘🏼‍♀️

After the session, our athletes and crew could enjoy Aoy’s fresh brewed coffee and the best baked treats, one of those simple moments that make the SUP11 Islands so special. ✨

The Mu Koh Chang Ocean Race 2026 takes place on 23–24 May and brings paddlers together in one of Thailand’s most stunning settings. A big event on the same island that makes SUP11 Islands so special.
