This includes the sustainability of our own business, by ensuring short and long term benefits to all of our stakeholders; sustainability of our customers and partners, by growing them with us; sustainability of the environment where we operate in; and sustainability of communities around us, for a better society at large. To grow our business together with our stakeholders, we need to foster the socially responsible mindsets for our people, as well as to engrain “sustainability” into our business operations processes and culture, with clear strategic direction. Rather than looking at sustainability as a separate topic, we integrate it into our growth strategies, which are also being reviewed and improved continually.
