The FBL Season 5 Finals delivered everything fans could ask for. 🏆🔥

Chiangrai Venom and Chiangmai Storm—both entering the playoffs as 3rd seeds—completed incredible underdog runs and met on the biggest stage of the season.

The championship game did not disappoint. Both teams left everything on the floor, showcasing elite offense, tough defense, and nonstop intensity from start to finish. It was a true battle worthy of the finals.

Despite a monster performance from Mahasamut Weraporasu, who exploded for 38 points and 8 threes, Chiangmai Storm stayed composed in the clutch moments. Their teamwork, ex*****on, and resilience carried them through the final minutes as they completed one of the greatest playoff runs in FBL history—coming all the way from the play-ins to win the championship. ⚡🏆

The Final Day kicked off with an intense battle for 3rd place. 🔥

Chonburi Sharks and Khon Kaen Hoop City delivered an exciting showdown filled with momentum swings and clutch moments from start to finish.

Both teams traded leads throughout the game, refusing to back down as the intensity built all the way into the final seconds. Hoop City nearly completed a dramatic 4-point comeback, but a missed layup at the buzzer allowed the Sharks to escape with the win and secure the final podium spot. 🦈

The second semi-final lived up to every bit of the hype. 🔥

Chiangmai Storm and Khon Kaen Hoop City—two of the league’s biggest juggernauts—went head-to-head in a battle that felt worthy of a finals matchup.

The game was intense from start to finish, with both teams constantly trading leads and neither side able to create much separation. It looked like Hoop City would once again find a way to stay undefeated, but Chiangmai Storm had other plans.

In the clutch, the Storm caught fire from beyond the arc, shooting an incredible 40% from three as a team and knocking down huge shots when it mattered most. Behind a complete team effort, Chiangmai escaped with the win and handed Khon Kaen Hoop City their first loss of the season. ⚡

The first semi-final delivered another playoff thriller. 🔥

Chiangrai Venom and Chonburi Sharks both entered the matchup with serious momentum after pulling off huge upsets in the previous round.

Many believed the Sharks were destined for the finals after taking down the #1 seed in Pool A, especially with Eric Freeman once again putting up monster numbers. Chonburi controlled much of the first half and looked ready to continue their playoff run.

But Chiangrai Venom refused to back down. Coming out strong in the second half, the Venom rallied behind their chemistry and defensive pressure to complete the comeback and secure a massive win to punch their ticket to the finals. 🐍
