EPA Academy is looking for a bright, outgoing Thai–English speaker to become the founder's right hand and a friendly face of our football academy.

**Please note: this role is open to Thai nationals only.** We're not able to sponsor work permits or visas for this position.

This is a no-two-days-the-same role. One morning you're snapping photos at training, the afternoon you're sorting accommodation for a visiting coach, the evening you're chatting with parents at pickup. If you love variety, people, and being part of a buzzing academy — keep reading.

**What you'll do:**
⚽ Keep the academy running smoothly day to day (general admin)
📸 Take photos and short videos at training sessions
💬 Support our coaches with parent communication
✈️ Organise travel, hotels and logistics for visiting coaches and VIP guests
🤝 Work directly with our founder, Kevin, on daily priorities

**Who we're looking for:**
🇹🇭 Thai national
🗣️ Fluent in Thai **and** confident in English — this is the most important thing
😊 Outgoing and friendly — you'll be a face of the academy
✅ Organised, reliable and quick on your feet
💪 A positive, can-do attitude

**The good news:** this is an entry-level role. No experience needed — we'll train you up. What we can't train is personality and language, so bring those.

When you have a former England international running your Pro-Player Pathway, you use every minute. ⏱

Paul Konchesky spent dedicated time working with Seb and Unna — two of our most committed pathway players — preparing them for upcoming trips and competitive opportunities.

For Unna, who has already signed with the West Ham United Foundation U18 Women's Team, this was about maintaining her development and staying sharp. 💪

For Seb, it was about taking the next step and preparing him for an upcoming trip to train with the WHUF U15 Academy squad.

This is what personalised development looks like at the highest level. Not a group drill. A plan. A pathway. A coach who has been there and done it at the top.

Later in January, Paul Konchesky arrived in Bangkok. 🙌

Paul — former England, West Ham, Liverpool, and Leicester defender — heads up our Pro-Player Pathway at EPA. He is not a name on a poster. He is on the pitch, planning sessions, and working directly with all our players as well as preparing our elite players on our Pro-Academy pathway.

This visit was about preparation. Getting our pathway players ready for what is coming next. ➡

January kicked off with a visit from an old friend. 🤝

Dominic Matteo — former Liverpool and Leeds United defender and Scotish International — came out to Bangkok to see our new facility for the first time since we moved, with his wife Jess and son Luca. Dom and Jess have been supporters of what we are building at EPA for a while now, and it meant a lot to show them how far the academy has come, especially now we have our own venue.

While he was here, we also welcomed his son Luca back to train with us again for a few days and it was great to see how much he has developed since he last trained with us. ⚽

When people who have played at the very highest level choose to bring their own children to your pitch — that says more than any partnership badge ever could.

Brilliant week for Unna as she trained alongside West Ham United legend Paul Konchesky, fine-tuning her game ahead of this weekend's massive fixture!
