Our thanks to Chef Kong and the team from Locus Native Food Lab, Chiang Rai, for bringing the spirit of Lanna to the river.

The evening began with laughter and stories in Siri Sala’s living room, before unfolding into a culinary journey — from bold reimaginings of tradition to a soulful Kantok finish. Wines became condiments, enhancing and contrasting each dish like brushstrokes on a canvas.
