After 4 days of , we’re back here in Bangkok and just had another fantastic and relaxing time at sauna and ice baths.

We all appreciate your openness in letting us do some cool acrobatic poses together. We know this kind of practice is not (yet) for everyone who happens to pass us by, but we want to share here that we acknowledge our own responsibilities and stay aware (and we’re glad we inspired some friends too!)

So… shall we do acrobatics together next time? 🤓

My dear brothers and sisters,

Today, TAF2025 comes to an end, and there is so much inside me, yet many of my feelings are still unable to be expressed through words.

Everything that you are, your presence, your openness, your way of showing yourself to one another, matters. We may understand each other now, or perhaps just not yet, and that is alright. We always have time and chances to connect and reconnect again and again. And I wish that when the next opportunity arises, we will meet each other with perhaps kinder words, a higher self, and deeper appreciation. But most importantly, I would love to meet the beauty of your truth, whatever it may be.

There will always be room to grow in acro and also in life, and we may not know or need to know right now what we should do next or what roles we will play. But what we do know is what is here now.

I do not wish to change you,
but I welcome you to change me.
So please fill me
with your truth and clarity,
for I can always grow
as high as your loving tree.
The love you have in you
is also planted in me,
and when it is time to bloom,
I shall allow myself to be
the love you wish me to be
as we climb our wisdom tree.

Meet the   Teaching Team

✨ Akiko Nakamura her joy, presence and freshness reflect it all. Yes, it’s that we see in her and these qualities are something TAF the reconnect is also looking for.

From her professional dancer background in her 20s, yoga, and being a housewife, to her journey toward acroyoga and handstands, she was inspired to become a certified instructor and share her love for what she’s doing. Akiko founded and holds regular classes every week in Tokyo, with the intention of sharing safe and effective ways to use the body.
No matter what your body or age is, you can always find skill sets in acro that work for you. Only when you allow yourself to learn will you meet the core and most important things about acro — or even other communities: having fun!

Come join Akiko at TAF! She will be offering classes that we can’t tell you about right now! Because sometimes, surprises are also a part of our being. If we already know everything… then why are we here?
