**Updated Welcome Story for New Members**

You arrive in the golden hour, flip-flops or trail shoes, a little nervous, a little curious. Someone hands you a cold b**r or a bottle of water and says “On-On!” with a grin that already feels like home.

You don’t need to be fast. You don’t need to be fit. Young or old, runner or walker, local or just-passing-through — the only requirement is a sense of adventure and a willingness to laugh at yourself when you get gloriously lost among pineapple fields, quiet sois, or moonlit beaches.

**Every run is a mixed pack.** Moonies, Harriettes, Pranburi hashers — we all lace up together. We follow the trail markings set by fellow hashers who love this stretch of Thailand, winding through places the guidebooks never mention. There are b**r stops. There is singing (sometimes off-key). There is the sacred Circle afterwards where down-downs are awarded, stories are told, and everyone becomes family for an evening.

And always, somewhere in the mix, is the quiet knowledge that a portion of the fun goes to local causes — supporting the community and the cuisine that make this coastline special.

Some nights the full moon hangs fat and bright over Hua Hin. Some Sundays the elephants lead the way through Pranburi’s green hills. The Full Moon Harriettes bring their own special sparkle and fun (we never argue with our fun ladies!), but the heart of every run stays the same:

**We run for the trail.
We stay for the circle.
We give back because it feels right.**

So lace up, show up, and join the pack.
Young or old — there’s a place for you here.

Coming soon our 2027 Calendar, lots of new places to eat and have fun, new trails and some that were so good we have to do twice! Everyone welcome to join in the fun, plus every step you take, raises money for charity.

The Runners: Dash ahead, conquer the hills, and hunt down the flour trail markers.

The Crawlers: Take your sweet time, lag behind, laugh with the sweeps, and focus strictly on the destination.
There are no stopwatches, no gold medals, and absolutely no pressure on how you complete the trail.

We are a multi-generational pack! From energetic kids bounding ahead to seasoned legends who know every trick on the trail, our events bring everyone together. Bring your family, your neighbors, or just your own energetic self. If you can move, you can hash!
Cold Drinks for Everyone!The legendary "Down-Down" circle at the end of the run isn't just for b**r lovers. We know not everyone drinks alcohol, and we love our health-conscious pack just as much as our party animals.
Ice-Cold Beers: Classic brew for the traditional hashers looking to refresh after a sweaty trail.
Soft Drinks & Water: Fully stocked for the designated drivers, the youngsters, the health-conscious runners, and anyone who prefers to skip the buzz.
No matter what you choose to fill your cup with, the cheers are just as loud!
