We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and the confident that you have placed with us.
After we sent the shipment, sometimes we found some problems from your beloved plants that got some damages, so we would like to announce the scopes of our responsibility.:

❤️1. We will not take responsibility for the EMS boxes or plants that didn't mention name of the owner, (Pls put name on the pots and top of the boxes) because we have too many things to do during we are loading the cargos. If we can't check or find the owner, we will not send that boxes. The customers should defend your own rights. So we will wait until the owners claim for.

❤️❤️2. We will not take responsibility for the condition of the plants during the shipping to destination such as yellow leaves, melted stems , burn and dark spots etc. Because the plant is not ours ( except you buy plant from us). Please notify our packaging only. Everything we put heat insulator is on the top also.You should check your plants and learn their habits carefully before you buy.

❤️❤️❤️3.We will not take responsibility for the condition of plants that are late delivered and arrived, but we can take care of them, during we are taking care of , we will try our best to take care of them by opening boxes , removing the covering and watering them for the coming shipping date Please notify that our place can't suitably grow for every kinds of plants.
