A1：需登入拓元售票網站會員才能購票，購票前請務必提前加入會員並完成手機驗證。
Q2：購票時會設有問題驗證嗎?
A2：沒有，本次購票沒有設購票考題唷！
Q3：此次售票為實名制售票嗎？
A3：不是的。
Q4：此次演出會有年齡限制嗎？
A4：9歲以下之觀眾請務必由家長陪同。
Q5：一個拓元售票系統的會員帳號可以購買多少張門票呢？
A5：一個會員帳號可以購買 2 張門票。
Q6：有哪些付款方式？
A6：拓元網站可以使用信用卡(VISA、MasterCard、JCB，無法使用：大來、銀聯卡、AE）及ATM匯款。
Q7 : 請問信用卡刷卡失敗怎麼辦？
A7: 若顯示【刷卡失敗】，即表示付款失敗，請重新購票。
Q8：請問購票後該如何取票？
A8：演出前5天，請於 7-11 ibon取實體票券。恕不接受以購票證明、QRcode或其他非正式票券之憑證要求入場。
Q9：請問如何購買身障席門票？
A9：
(1) 尚未成為拓元會員者：需先完成加入會員及手機號碼驗證，然後進入【會員帳號→會員資料】，在最下方找到【身心障礙者身分認證】並於購票前一日完成相關驗證。
(2) 已是拓元會員者可直接進行驗證：登入會員後，進入【會員帳號→會員資料】，在最下方找到【身心障礙者身分認證】 並完成相關驗證。
(3) 購買身心障礙票券：驗證通過後，即可於拓元售票系統上訂購身心障礙者票券。詳細購票、付款、取票步驟請參考購票流程說。
(4) 以場方規定區域與座位配位銷售，無法指定區座位，票券數量有限、售完為止。
Q10：請問購買票券後多久可以退票？
A10：購票後3日內接受退票，並須依票價酌收手續費5%，逾期不接受退票。

A1: You must log in to a Tixcraft account to purchase tickets. Please make sure to register and complete mobile verification in advance.
Q2: Will there be any verification questions during purchase?
A2: No, there will be no purchase verification questions for this sale.
Q3: Is this a real-name ticketing system?
A3: No.
Q4: Is there an age restriction for this event?
A4: Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Q5: How many tickets can one account purchase?
A5: Each account can purchase up to 2 tickets.
Q6: What payment methods are available?
A6: Payments can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB; not accepted: Diners Club, UnionPay, AE) or ATM transfer.
Q7: What should I do if my credit card payment fails?
A7: If the system shows “Payment Failed,” it means the transaction was unsuccessful. Please try purchasing again.
Q8: How do I collect my tickets after purchase?
A8: Physical tickets can be collected via 7-11 ibon machines starting 5 days before the event. Entry will not be accepted with purchase confirmations, QR codes, or any non-official ticket forms.
Q9: How can I purchase accessible seating tickets?
A9:
(1) If you are not yet a member, please register and complete mobile verification first. Then go to [Account → Profile] and complete the “Disability Verification” before the day prior to ticket sale.
(2) Existing members can log in and complete the verification under [Account → Profile → Disability Verification].
(3) Once verified, you may purchase accessible tickets through the system. Please refer to the ticketing guide for detailed steps.
(4) Seats are assigned according to venue arrangements and cannot be selected. Limited availability while supplies last.
Q10: How long after purchase can I request a refund?
A10: Refunds are accepted within 3 days of purchase, subject to a 5% handling fee. No refunds will be accepted after the deadline.
