TICKETS
1) Where can I purchase tickets to Bugis Street’s 1st Halloween Event? You may purchase the event tickets at:
- City Tours Visitor Information @ Bugis Street (CYFL 1) Level 1, next to Cheng Yan Place. Daily from 11AM to 8PM
- Bugis Street's Management
Office ( #03-01). Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM , Saturday from 10AM to 1PM
You may also purchase your tickets at the event entrance from 11PM to 2AM (Last admission 1.45AM) on 31st oct, 1st & 2nd nov.
2) What must I bring to purchase the ticket? Proof of identification is not required during the purchase of event tickets. However, Event guests must be able to present a proof of identification i.e. identification card, passport, student card, driver's licence etc. Bugis Street reserves the right to limit and deny entries of guests who fail to present any proof of identification.
3) Who is eligible for student price Event tickets? Both local and international students can enjoy student price for this event.
4) What is the mode of payment for the purchase of Event tickets? All payments have to be made by cash only.
5) Are there any express ticket for the Event? No.
6) Is the ticket eligible for re-entry? Yes, re-entry is valid the same date stated on the ticket. Guests must re-queue to enter the event premise again.
7) If customer wants to buy ticket for consecutive nights is there any promotion? No.

Bugis Street is located along Victoria Street. You may park at Bugis Junction, Bugis+, Fu Lu Shou Complex, Rochor Centre or URA open car park along Queen Street. By Taxi
You may alight at Bugis+ taxi stand, along Cheng Yan Place or Albert Centre Market & Food Centre. By Bus

By Train
Hop onto the nearest SMRT train station and alight at Bugis Station. Exit C, Bugis Street is just across the street.
2) Where is the main entrance of the Event? The main entrance to the Event is via Victoria Street, opposite Bugis Junction.
3) Can I smoke within the Event premise? Where is the nearest smoking area? Smoking is strictly prohibited within Bugis Street's premises. The nearest smoking area is at the entrance of Bugis Street, in front of Burger King.
4) Are there any medical assistance at the Event? Medic are on stand-by throughout the 3 nights of event. PROGRAMME
1) How long is the adventure? (length of route in metres)
The entire experience will take approximately 30 minutes.
2) What is the waiting interval? Waiting time depends on the crowd each night. Our friendly event crew will advise guests on the waiting time.
3) Will the ghost touch me? There will be no physical contact between all guests and the event crew. All guests are also not allowed to conduct any physical contact with the event crew.
4) What do I do if I want to get out of the haunted zone? You may inform any event crew during the trail. The event crew will guide you to the nearest exit point. DRESS CODE
1) What should I wear? Casual dress code is recommended for this event. Try not to wear any dangling accessories and long pieces of clothing such as maxi dresses, capes etc. for your own safety reasons.
2) Can I dress up as a ghost? PERSONAL BELONGINGS
1) Can I keep my bag with the event crew before I enter the premise? Guests will have to carry their own belongings throughout the event. All personal belongings will be checked at the entrance of the event. The management reserves the right to identify and label any object to be dangerous, and should any of such objects be found, the management reserves the right to keep those objects and return to the guest after he/she has completed the trail.
2) Can I eat or drink within the event premise? No food and drinks are allowed within the event. All guests will have to keep their food and drink in their bags during the entire trail. TRANSPORT
1) Will cabs be available for hire after the adventure has ended? The nearest taxi stand is located at Bugis+. You may also hail a cab from Bugis Junction or along Queen Street and Victoria Street.
