To support the digital transformation and media outreach of our events, we warmly invite individuals with relevant skills—or a passion for learning—to join our IT & Media Team and contribute to the success of our activities through technology and media support.

💻 IT Support
• Computer systems and software operation
• Website management and updates
• E-ticketing system and data processing support
• On-site technical support during events
🌐 Web & Digital Platforms
• Website content updates and maintenance
• Online registration and information management
• Digital platform operation and support
📸 Photography & Videography
• Event photography
• Event video recording and documentation
• Behind-the-scenes coverage and feature interviews
🎬 Video Editing & Media Production
• Promotional video production
• Event documentary editing
• Social media content creation
• Graphic and visual design support (for those with relevant skills)
🔹 We Are Looking For Individuals Who
✅ Have basic computer and IT knowledge
✅ Are familiar with website management or related systems (preferred)
✅ Have experience in photography, videography, or video editing (preferred)
✅ Are eager to learn, work collaboratively, and take responsibility
✅ Can support both pre-event preparations and event-day operations
🌱 No Experience? No Problem!
