🤝 New Partnership Announcement: Food Japan × Singapore Halal Culinary Federation

Food Japan has signed an MOU with the Singapore Halal Culinary Federation to strengthen our role as a Japanese food exhibition supporting access to the Halal market.

This partnership will help bridge the gap between Japanese suppliers and the local Halal ecosystem through expert support in Halal compliance, ingredient verification, menu development, and product improvement while also strengthening buyer mobilisation via the Federation’s network across restaurants, catering, hotels, and Halal importers/distributors.

A meaningful step towards stronger market entry, endorsement, and business matching.

🎉 Food Japan 2025 Officially Opens! ✨

The 13th edition of Food Japan 2025 kicked off in Singapore with a vibrant opening ceremony, featuring 153 exhibitors from 35 prefectures across Japan! The show floor came alive with the rich sights, sounds, and flavours of Japan — from authentic regional specialties to innovative food technologies.

A highlight of the morning was the traditional Kagami Biraki (sake barrel breaking) ceremony at the J-Studio stage, symbolising good fortune and marking the official opening of ASEAN’s largest exhibition dedicated to Japanese food, beverages, technology, and services. 🍶
