🇲🇾🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ A SUCCESSFUL 2026 MELAKA INTERNATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL! 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Malaysia Triathlon Association extends its warmest congratulations to Kelab Triathlon Tri-Amateur and Race Director Andy Foo for the successful organisation of the 2026 Melaka International Sports Festival, held on 29–30 August 2026 at Encore Melaka.

The event welcomed around 1,000 Malaysian and international athletes, competing across Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon categories - from Kids and Super Sprint through to Sprint and Olympic Distance. 🌟

Athletes were treated to calm sea conditions and moderate temperatures throughout the competition, providing excellent racing conditions and an enjoyable experience for participants.

👏 Congratulations to all athletes on their podium finishes, personal bests, and, most importantly, the sportsmanship and camaraderie displayed throughout the competition. These are the qualities that continue to strengthen our multisport community.

Due to a last-minute national security order for the Merdeka Day celebrations, army vehicles will be stationed along part of the bike course.

Therefore, we need to make a slight change to the course, with only one short contra-flow section of approximately 800m.

Please take note of this change and study the updated bike course.
