Entry stats so far for the upcoming SOE2026 (Race Day, 11 July):

Our current entry total of 147 includes all Kid-duro and Enduro participants.

For the first time ever, we have representation from 6 continents (all except Antarctica, really), and a new high of 18 nationalities - including racers from Australia, Colombia, South Africa, the USA, Russia, and a trio of Scandinavian nations (Finland, Norway, Sweden).

Grateful for the international melting pot that is our Singapore MTB community!

Our 14 female racers represent 12.24% of current total entries - the highest proportion of female participantship in MTB events in this region, if not internationally.

Given this is the "world's flattest enduro", I'd say enthusiasm for it is running at an all-time high!

Event Director's Update for Singapore Open Enduro presented by Rodalink Singapore

We've been working behind the scenes and promise you - the MTB community - that we are committed to presenting the best version of our event yet. We have welcomed constructive feedback from participants, sponsors, crew, and followers, and can clue you in to some of the updates dropping in the next couple of weeks.

1. POV video vs. registration deadline: the long-awaited video typically drops on the Raw Epics YouTube channel only 3 weeks out from the event. This time we have released it a full 6+ weeks before the event. Inspirational? Perhaps... we hope this convinces some of you still on the fence to give the course a try and sign up before entries close for good on 12 June.

2. Improved human/vehicle traffic directives: with our valued Venue Partner BikeCraft One coming aboard, we remain committed to providing timely information on in-venue/adjacent traffic infrastructure, parking arrangements for private motor vehicles, and drop-off/pick-up logistics - with the aim of improving safety, sound hygiene, and general tidiness of the surrounding shared spaces with our partner's neighbours.

3. Sponsors to be announced: in conjunction with the POV video publication, we shall be presenting our amazing Event Sponsors at the same time. The days ahead shall see us aligning our publicity activations along with exciting new promotions, products, and of course the much-anticipated podium presentation and lucky draw suite of prizes.

4. Course orientation rides: we are ear-marking the Sundays of 7 June and 5 July as the days where complementary orientation rides (for both Enduro and Kid-duro participants) shall be conducted - a campaign activated in close cooperation with our Title Sponsor. Stay tuned for more details!

5. Gratefulness for a genuine enduro format event on local trails: our MTB community does not often get a chance to hold a race on public trail networks. Cherishing this opportunity we consider ourselves fortunate enough to undertake as organisers... is surpassed only by the encouragement we have received in seeing such vibrant support from sign-ups since our registrations opened way back on 23 March. Singapore Open Enduro Event Director shares thoughts on how the 2026 edition is panning out so far.

It’s been a hard road to get to where we are now... and we still have a ways to go. The past year and a half seemed to be one battle after another, simply to bring the 6th edition of SOE to life.

But we are still alive.

Here are 10 key aspects of the race for 2026 that you may have heard about, which I would like to confirm at this time:

1. The date change was necessary to avoid the monsoon rains. With the 2025 edition seeing an unfortunate 10% DNS rate due to relentless wet weather, we are hoping to mitigate that and bet on drier conditions overall with a mid-year date.

2. An earlier registration opening, with an earlier deadline / closing date. 12 June is the absolute closing date. This facilitates our final stretch of event admin... and helps up deliver all the awesomeness you’ve come to expect, including (but not limited to: a high-quality 3/4 ‘enduro style’ racer jersey, customised number plates, equipment marking decals, & liaison info stickers; a heap of podium + lucky draw prizes; and a kick-ass goodie bag.

3. The above aspect would be impossible without the support of our generous and dedicated sponsors & event partners. We are pleased to bring back Rodalink Singapore as our Title Sponsor for 2026, and hope to announce our full slate of sponsors...
