Things are heating up at Ann Siang, and we’ve officially caught the Fever, Fever Global! 🔥

Taking over the entire three-storey shophouse at 39 Ann Siang, once home to one of Singapore’s oldest clan associations, our newest neighbours are proving there’s always something exciting happening in Singapore.

The team behind Fever runs a global live-entertainment platform bringing some of the most exciting experiences to cities around the world — from immersive exhibitions and concerts to pop-ups worth clearing your calendar for. You might recognise their signature Candlelight Concerts or collaborations with brands like Netflix.

And they’ve made the shophouse completely their style. Level one is now their pet-friendly workspace, level two is where the team gathers over lunch and ideas, while level three gives them more privacy for meetings. Three floors, all different ways to work.

Beyond putting on a good show, Fever works with creators and brands to bring people together through experiences. It’s a spirit that feels right at home with us, adding energy to the neighbourhood and giving 39 Ann Siang an exciting new chapter.

Welcome to the TWC, Fever! 🧡

We recently welcomed EDIBLE GARDEN CITY (EGC) as our greening partner, and we couldn’t just keep all that green goodness on the rooftop.

So we brought it to one of our member-favourite community workshops. This time, our members got their hands dirty learning about edible greens, how to repot them, grow them at work and add a little life to their desks. And if your desk plant doubles up as a healthy snack!

Sometimes getting away from your desk, learning something new with your neighbours and bringing a bit of nature back to the office is what our members need.

Big thanks to Edible Garden City for hosting this one with us 💚

We’re excited to welcome Multiplier Holdings to their new home at our latest addition at 13 Neil Road.

This is the kind of office our clients are always hoping for during a viewing! Right opposite Maxwell MRT, a one-minute walk to Maxwell Food Centre, just around the corner from Chinatown, and with more meeting rooms than you’d expect for a space of this size.

Designed for Multiplier’s team of around 30, the heritage shophouse features four meeting rooms and a dedicated pantry on every floor. One of our favourite details is the skylight overlooking the pantry, filling the space with abundant daylight to channeling their AI-powered solutions.

Welcome to the neighbourhood, Multiplier! Thank you for bringing the next generation of technology into our conservation unit.

Hupo has a new office, and it’s hard to miss with its striking blue facade!

Their team of 20 has moved into our conservation shophouse at 23 Keong Saik, right at the junction of Keong Saik Road and Jiak Chuan Road.

We’ve been welcoming more AI companies into our community and Hupo is one of them. Their platform helps leading banking and insurance companies work more efficiently. And now, their team gets to do so from a workspace with soaring ceiling, ergonomic fit-outs and a spacious attic made for team gathering.

One of the features our members appreciate most is the flexibility that comes with our serviced office concept. There’s no cut-off time for air-conditioning or lighting, so they can do their best work supporting customers across different time zones.

Just downstairs, they are neighbours with LOVE HAIR SG, it’s exactly how we bring diverse mix of businesses that makes our neighbourhood so vibrant. Welcome to the community, Hupo! 🧡

We believe heritage neighbourhoods are at their best when art, local businesses and the community come together. It’s why we’re so thankful to work alongside members like Gelato Messina, who share our vision of creating a vibrant neighbourhood.
