Hupo has a new office, and it’s hard to miss with its striking blue facade!

Their team of 20 has moved into our conservation shophouse at 23 Keong Saik, right at the junction of Keong Saik Road and Jiak Chuan Road.

We’ve been welcoming more AI companies into our community and Hupo is one of them. Their platform helps leading banking and insurance companies work more efficiently. And now, their team gets to do so from a workspace with soaring ceiling, ergonomic fit-outs and a spacious attic made for team gathering.

One of the features our members appreciate most is the flexibility that comes with our serviced office concept. There’s no cut-off time for air-conditioning or lighting, so they can do their best work supporting customers across different time zones.

A big welcome to OSW! The team was quick to snap up one of the best-located workspace on our Keong Saik campus, positioned just around the corner from the pantry, meeting spaces and community spaces.

Our KPI for our members is to.. have a good time! Work is important, but so is knowing when to switch off 🎳

While our monthly off-site padel sessions have become a community favourite, we’re always looking for new ways to bring our members together outside the office and switch up their environment, so they can return feeling even more refreshed.

These smiling faces are members from OSOME, RubberWay, and businesses across our community, who came together for a little friendly inter-team competition and the chance to get to know their neighbours beyond work. We also discovered quite a few hidden talents who could actually bowl a strike! 👀

Your first office doesn’t have to be your forever office.

These familiar faces you are seeing here is one of our longest-standing members for seven years and counting. One thing we’ve learnt from Monika James and the team at Healthy Thinking Group, is that they are never shy of a move when the team needs a different space.

Over the years, they’ve relocated with us more than a few times, exploring different spaces as their team evolved. That’s one of the perks that our members enjoy, the flexibility to grow without starting over.

It has been a busy first half of 2026 👀 Over the past six months, we’ve welcomed nine heritage properties into our growing portfolio along Tanjong Pagar, Kreta Ayer, Cantonment Road and of course, Keong Saik. Swipe through to see what we’ve been up to.
