Let's Sport Singapore FastOnes 60 – Functional Interval Training (FIT)

Let's Sport Singapore FastOnes 60 conducts three Functional Interval Training (FIT) sessions weekly for our members and members of the public.

Functional Interval Training (FIT) is a training method that combines functional movements with alternating periods of high and low intensity exercise. It focuses on improving strength, endurance, agility, balance, coordination, and overall fitness through exercises that mimic everyday movements and sports-related activities.

These sessions are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and are specially designed to help participants build stronger overall body strength, improve mobility, and maintain an active lifestyle as we age.

[Weekly Training Schedule]

Tuesday (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Sunday (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

One tough session at Let's Sport Singapore FastOnes 60 Functional Interval session on 14 May 2026.

Take a close look at how both trainees - and Emily Azuelo Jordan were able to execute every exercise movement beautifully with great strength, control, and proper technique during the FastOnes 60 training session.

Their determination, fitness level, and consistency in training clearly show that age is never a barrier when it comes to staying strong, active, and healthy through regular exercise and discipline.

Both trainees Levuna and Emily Jordan may no longer be in their 20’s, but their strength and fitness levels are definitely on par with the younger ones, if not even better!

Just a note — both are already in their 30's and 50’s respectively and many wonder how they are still able to stay so strong, fit, and active at this stage of life.

The answer is actually very simple — through consistent training at Let’s Sport Singapore, coupled with regular participation in other sporting activities. With discipline, commitment, and the right training environment, anyone can achieve it too.
