We were delighted to welcome 150 international students from the NUS College Asian Undergraduate Symposium (AUS) to CREUSE for an immersive Learning Journey on circular economy and sustainable innovation.

Through hands-on upcycling of reclaimed pallet wood, students discovered that sustainability is not always about cutting-edge technology, it is often about reimagining what already exists and transforming waste into meaningful products and possibilities.

20 benches. One shared legacy.

The Hillview Legacy Collection showcases a series of benches upcycled from local trees that were felled during urban development works in 2024.♻️

Today, these trees have been thoughtfully transformed into benches and placed around the Bukit Gombak estate and across Singapore. Each bench carries its own identity while creating spaces for rest, connection, and reflection.🍃

More than just places to sit, these benches are designed to enrich community life, spark conversations, and become part of everyday memories for residents and visitors alike.

We are grateful to Bukit Gombak GROs and their patrons for their support and partnership in making this sustainability initiative possible.
