2. Please message me with screenshot of your donation receipt. All proceeds goes to the charity.

6. ENGLISH is the common language of communication. While Partiipants could speak any languages, it should not dominate

7. Only bring POSITIVE energy to the game. No complaints about sun, wind or air quality or/and floor please. It's supposed to be a relaxing weekend for everyone!

8. Photos would be taken & posted to social media to increase awareness of the charity initiatives & activities
(If you are concerned/shy, you can hide or angle your face away during phototaking). No further consent on phototaking needed from you.

9. The organizer(s) whether individual or company and its related corporations and associated companies, and sponsors or co-sponsors, Notable Hobbies, the employees, officers, third party service provider(s), contractor(s) (and the sub-contractor(s) and agent(s) of Notable Hobbies, the beneficiary charity organization(s), participants & volunteers are excluded from liabilities for any attendees or participant's injury and death and/or damages arising from the event whether there is negligence, based on contract, tort or otherwise. Participants are to take up own insurance and equip with the right gears & be vigilant always.
