Санкт-Петербургский международный этнический фестиваль «Музыки мира» проходит каждый год в августе. Это уникальный опен-эйр в самом центре Петербурга, на парадном дворе и в саду Шереметевского дворца - Музея музыки. Марафон-уикэнд собирает лучших этно-музыкантов из разных регионов России и ближнего зарубежья. Герои фестиваля не только хранят национальные традиции, но и переводят их на язык современной музыки, исполняют народную музыку своих регионов в этно-рок, джаз и этно-электронном звучании.

The marathon weekend gathers the best ethnic musicians from different regions of Russia and its neighbouring countries. The festival heroes preserve national traditions and translate them into the languages of contemporary rock, jazz and electronics.
