În 2013 am pus piatra de temelie a ceea ce poate fi unul din cele mai importante evenimente culturale din această parte a Europei, parte a efortului de a obţine titlul de Capitală Europeană a Culturii 2021. Încă de la primele ediții am reușit sa atragem artiști precum: Richard Bona, Kurt Elling, David Murray & Macy Gray,Terri Lyne Carrington, Lizz Wright, Al Jarreau, Anoushka Shankar, The Cat Empire, Dianne Reeves, Marcus Miller, Liv Warfield w/ The NPG Hornz, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Jacob Collier, Take 6, Imany, Dhafer Youssef sau BADBADNOTGOOD, Miles Mosley x The West Coast Get Down, Chick Corea Elektric Band, Monty Alexander Harlem Kingston Express, Bill Laurance, China Moses, SUBJazz (Subcarpați x JazzyBIT), Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah. JAZZx 2023 promite să mențină calitatea prestațiilor artistice prezentate în cadrul celor zece ediții și să aducă pe scena din Timișoara cele mai importante nume actuale ale jazz-ului mondial.

Rooted in Timișoara’s underground scene, omcusami has a soft spot for music that carries more than just a rhythm. His selections start with mood: soulful tracks and lyrics that find their own place and meaning in everyone who listens.

Moving freely between house, tech house, jazz and funk, his sets are tied together by the same thread: groove and emotion.
