And Now East 2026 is shaped by a board of three international perspectives.

Zhihua Duan (China) is a Shanghai-based designer working across design, education, and curatorial practice. Founder of .design , he operates at the intersection of visual narratives, branding, and research-driven design. His work spans major international publications and institutions, with a strong presence in both academic and professional design discourse.

Radek Sidun (Czech Republic) is a typographer and type designer whose work focuses on font systems and diacritics across global languages. Co-founder of Briefcase Type Foundry and educator at UMPRUM in Prague, his practice bridges type design, research, and international typographic culture.

Studio Komplekt (Bulgaria), founded by Adriana Andreeva and Boyana Gyaurova, is a Sofia-based platform dedicated to design culture and curation. Through Melba Design Initiatives and international programming, they have played a key role in shaping contemporary design discourse in Bulgaria and beyond.

Together, they form the board of And Now East 2026.
