Business Law Conference

Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of the three sections:
I. Private Law;

At this year’s edition, the registration form can be completed either with title and abstract of scientific paper which will be registered at the Conference or with the option to attend the debate, without register a scientific paper. The scientific committee will be formed by professors from countries like Romania, France, Croatia, Albania, Hungary and India. The best scientific papers presented during the conference and the workshop will be awarded. Prizes will consist of money, books, and other products of juridical field which will be provided by the organizers together with the partners and sponsors of the Conference. PRIZES
Participation and registering to the International Conference "PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS LAW IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM” includes:
- the right to receive the folder with Conference documents and CD-ROM with scientific papers included in Conference;
- the right to participate in scientific activities included in the Conference program;
- the right to participate in the dinner;
- the right to publish the scientific papers presented in one of the publications of the Conference, depending on the choice made by the conference organizers and editors of publications. PUBLICATIONS
All papers presented at the Conference will be found in one of the following publications:
- in one volume in English, edited by a publisher with an international reputation in Social Sciences recognized by the National Council of Scientific Research in Romania (list A1);
- in partner journals of the Conference: JURIDICAL TRIBUNE Journal (http://www.tribunajuridica.eu/index_en.html), DREPTUL – LAW REVIEW (www.internationallawreview.eu), Revista de Drept Public - Public Law Review (http://www.ujmag.ro/reviste/abonament-revista-de-drept-public-an-2013-4-numere) -
– journals indexed in international databases, recognized for juridical sciences in accordance with Annex 24, paragraph 1 to the Order of the Romanian Minister of Education, Research, Youth and Sport no. 6560/2012 regarding the approval of minimal standards necessary and mandatory for granting academic titles in higher education, and of professional research-development degrees;

EXPLORATORY WORKSHOP
During the Conference, the Department of Law of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences will organize the exploratory workshop „The planning for successful academic and research career in the legal field”. The objective of the workshop is to provide of researchers in law at the beginning of career (PhD students or young people who follows postdoctoral studies, young persons under entry positions in higher education - assistants, lecturers etc.) or who want a scientific career (students, postgraduate students) information and opportunities to help in the planning for successful academic and research career in the legal field. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with renowned scholars of international standing and with fellow early career researchers. The Conference participation fee will be paid until November 1, 2013, after confirming the acceptance of the scientific paper at the conference or after acceptance of participation in the conference for those who wish to participate in debates without the registration of scientific papers. DEADLINES:
- October 20, 2013: submitting the registration form at the email: [email protected];
- October 25, 2013: sending full text of scientific paper in English at the email: [email protected];
- October 27, 2013: confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference;
- November 1, 2013: Conference participation fee (payment will be made after confirming the acceptance of the scientific paper at the conference or after acceptance of participation in the conference for those who wish to participate in debates without the registration of scientific papers).
