Scouting has changed...

Coaches aren’t driving around to random games hoping to stumble upon a star anymore. They start their search on their screens. If a coach doesn’t know your name before they leave their office, they probably aren't coming to see you play.

Playing well is only half the job. The other half is making sure the right people know about it. The idea that talent alone will get you discovered is a myth. In reality, that belief is just costing you opportunities.

Coaches have limited budgets and very little time. They spend those resources on athletes who are already visible and easy to track. If you don’t have a central place for your film and stats, you are making it hard for them to even consider you. You need to be where they are looking.
