“23 Milhas” leva-nos numa viagem pelo Parque Marinho Professor Luiz Saldanha, um verdadeiro tesouro natural da costa portuguesa. Ao longo de sete conversas com pessoas profundamente ligadas ao mar — pescadores, cientistas e guardiões ambientais — o filme revela a extraordinária biodiversidade marinha, as tradições locais e os esforços contínuos para proteger este ecossistema único.

“23 Milhas” é uma obra que nos lembra que proteger o oceano começa perto de casa — e que o futuro do mar depende das escolhas que fazemos hoje.
