Due to the weather forecast for the coming days, and as this is an outdoor event, Tribeca Night Stories will not be able to take place on October 31 and November 1.

We have prepared everything to welcome you, and although the weather will not allow us to go ahead this time, our energy and enthusiasm remain intact.

However, bad weather will not stop the . The second edition of the festival will continue in full force with many conversations, live podcasts, and films, starting at 12 p.m.

Devido à previsão meteorológica para os próximos dias, e uma vez que se trata de um evento ao ar livre, o Tribeca Night Stories não poderá realizar-se nos dias 31 de outubro e 1 de novembro.

Preparámos tudo para vos receber e, embora o tempo não nos permita avançar desta vez, a nossa energia e entusiasmo permanecem intactos.

Clear the floor, 𝗟𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮 is taking over our afternoon session with pure salsa energy. Formed in Lisbon in 2023, this international powerhouse blends musicians from Argentina, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, the US, and Portugal, a true melting pot of sabor.
With a sound rooted in tradition but bursting with originality, they’ve lit up stages like MusicBox, B.Leza, and the Festival da Independência da Colômbia. Now they’re bringing their explosive live energy to our decks, straight from their debut album Salsa Brava, recorded live and soaked in the raw essence of the genre.

This is more than music, it’s movement, memory, and identity.

Bringing the warmth and class we’ve come to love, 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗻 returns to Night Stories. She’s no stranger to our dance floors and this time she’s back to set the mood for a sunlit afternoon session.

A French-Dominican selector based in Lisbon since 2007, Sarah is on a constant quest for rare grooves, forgotten rhythms, and hidden gems. Her sets are genre-blending journeys where jazz meets house, Caribbean and Latin beats melt into disco and funk, and African and Middle Eastern classics weave it all together.

Expect a soundscape that breaks borders and speaks directly to the soul of the dance floor.

We’re kicking off our Vinyl Sessions with a deep digger and a serious groove selector: 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮. Representing , he’s bringing the sound of the diaspora straight to the decks, a fusion of vintage African gems, Lusophone rhythms, and Cape Verdean soul.

If you know, you know: Mama Demba (aka River Ramos) is no stranger to Night Stories. From underground Lisbon nights to our last edition with Mindel Sound System, he’s been quietly lighting it up. This time, he steps out solo to guide our first afternoon session, and trust us, you’re in for a journey.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀:
Born in Amadora in 2019, Tabanka started as a vinyl shop and quickly became a platform for cultural connection. Think rare grooves from the ‘70s–‘90s, Cape Verdean classics, and a family of forward-thinking projects like Acácia Maior, Landa, and Rally Fantasia. Whether digital or analog, their sound is always rooted and always moving.

Abrimos as portas das nossas Vinyl Sessions com um verdadeiro alquimista do groove: 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮. A representar , ele traz para os pratos o som da diáspora, uma fusão de pérolas africanas vintage, ritmos lusófonos e alma cabo-verdiana.
