2019 traz-nos a melhor Convenção de fim de Verão.
Conhecem Faro? Algarve? Se conhecem sabem o que esperar, se não conhecem organizem a vossa agenda, marquem as vossas viagens e venham celebrar a tatuagem e o rock connosco no ambiente que só o Algarve nos oferece.
A Convenção decorre na antiga fábrica de cerveja de Faro, na Rua do Castelo, bem no centro histórico da cidade, nos dias 13, 14 e 15 de Setembro 2019 (Sexta, Sábado e Domingo)

As inscrições estão abertas e devem ser efectuadas através deste link: http://bit.ly/hellgarve2019
O sistema de inscrição é muito simples e todos os espaços são de preenchimento obrigatório. Na falta de algum dado o próprio sistema rejeita a inscrição.
Atenção ao tamanho máximo das fotos. Se excederem o tamanho não podem ser carregadas.
Depois de recebida a inscrição, caso a mesma seja aceite, receberão um email com a confirmação da mesma e com os dados para efectuar o respectivo pagamento.
As inscrições estão reservadas a estúdios 100% profissionais que cumpram a legislação em vigor e as boas praticas da área.
-Um stand de tatuagem (2 tatuadores + 2 ajudantes) tem 3x2 metros
4 cadeiras e uma mesa de frente comum.
- Meio stand (1 tatuador + 1 ajudante) tem 1.50 x 2 metros
2 cadeiras e uma mesa de frente comum
Os stands de tatuagem incluem luz, tomada eléctrica, recolha de lixo e resíduos.
- Espaço de merchandise. - (2 pessoas) 3 metros de frente.

O espaço deverá ser totalmente equipado e decorado por vós.
Inclui ponto de luz, tomada electrifica, recolha de lixo.
- Stand de supplier (4 pessoas) – Reservado a empresas de revenda de material de tatuagem e derivados. 3x2 metros
4 cadeiras e uma mesa de frente comum.
- Street Food – (4 pessoas) até 3 metros de frente. Para espaços maiores deverão contactar com descrição do pretendido.
O espaço deverá ser totalmente equipado e decorado por vós.
Inclui ponto de luz.
- Salas – Dadas as características do local dispomos de 5 salas com áreas a rondar os 15 metros quadrados ideais para estúdios, suppliers ou marcas que pretendam ter um espaço próprio e exclusivo. Imagina teres a tua própria loja dentro da convenção. Nestes espaços será possível. Em caso de interesse contacta-nos para mais informação.
REGRAS GERAIS:
- Todos os espaços e stands devem, obrigatoriamente, estar em pleno funcionamento durante o horário em que o evento está aberto ao público. Nenhum visitante vai querer ver o teu stand vazio.
- Não é permitida a colocação de todo e qualquer tipo de publicidade a produtos e serviços que não tenham sido previamente comunicados e aprovados pela organização do HTRF 2019.
- Não é permitida a venda de artigos ou produtos nos stands que não tenham sido previamente comunicados e aprovados pela organização do HTRF 2019.
- Não é permitido fazer Piercing, Scarefication, Branding etc nos stands. Apenas tatuagem está devidamente autorizada.
- Todos os stands / tatuadores são legalmente responsáveis pelos serviços prestados.
- Todos os stands / tatuadores devem munir-se da documentação necessária que comprove a legalidade da sua actividade profissional em caso de inspecção. Exigido por lei.
- Todos os stands / tatuadores devem dispor de sistema de facturação manual ou electrónica bem como livro de reclamações. Exigido por lei.
- O preço mínimo de tatuagem a praticar na HTRF 2019 são 50€. nenhum trabalho pode ser cobrado abaixo deste valor.
A arte tem que ser valorizada, os tatuadores devem valorizar a sua arte e trabalho e por sua vez educar o cliente a procurar qualidade e não preço.
Na sequência desta filosofia alertamos todos os suppliers para a necessidade de se manter uma coerência de preços, não sendo tolerada qualquer tipo de variação de preços durante o evento com base nos preços de suppliers concorrentes.
QUALQUER STAND OU EXPOSITOR QUE NÃO CUMPRA OS PONTOS REFERIDOS SERÁ PENALIZADO, PODENDO SER EXCLUIDO DO EVENTO E IMPEDIDO DE SE INSCREVER EM FUTUROS EVENTOS.

Welcome to Hellgarve Tattoo Rock Fest.
2019 will bring you the best end of summer tattoo expo ever.

The Convention takes place in the old brewery of Faro, in Rua do Castelo, right in the historical center of the city, on the 13th, 14th and 15th of September 2019 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
REGISTRATIONS:

The registration system is very simple and all spaces are mandatory. In the absence of any data the system itself rejects the inscription.
Attention to the maximum size of the photos. If they exceed the size they can not be loaded.
Once the registration has been received, if it is accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation of the registration and the data to make the payment.
Registration is reserved for 100% professional studios that comply with current legislation and good practice in the area.
- A tattoo stand (2 tattooers + 2 helpers) has 3x2 meters
4 chairs and a common front desk.
- Half stand (1 tattoo artist + 1 helper) is 1.50 x 2 meters

Tattoo stands include light, power outlet, garbage collection and waste.
- Merchandise space. - (2 people) 3 meters from the front.

The space should be fully equipped and decorated by you.
Includes spot light, electricity outlet, garbage collection.
- Supplier stand (4 people) - Reserved for resale companies of tattoo material and derivatives. 3x2 meters
4 chairs and a common front desk.
- Street Food - (4 people) up to 3 meters from the front. For larger spaces should contact with description of the intended.
The space should be fully equipped and decorated by you.
Includes light point.
- Rooms - Given the characteristics of the place we have 5 rooms with areas around the 15 square meters ideal for studios, suppliers or brands who wish to have their own exclusive space. Imagine having your own shop inside the convention. In these spaces will be possible. In case of interest contact us for more information.
GENERAL RULES:
- All spaces and stands must be in full operation during the hours in which the event is open to the public. No visitor will want to see your booth empty.
- The placement of any type of advertising is not allowed for products and services that have not been previously communicated and approved by the HTRF 2019 organization.
- The sale of articles or products in stands that have not been previously communicated and approved by the HTRF 2019 organization is not allowed.
- It is not allowed to do Piercing, Scarefication, Branding etc in the stands. Only tattoo is duly authorized.
- All stands / tattoo artists are legally responsible for the services provided.
- All stands / tattoo artists must have the necessary documentation proving the legality of their professional activity in case of inspection. Required by law.
- All stands / tattoo artists must have a manual or electronic billing system as well as a complaints book. Required by law.
- The minimum price of tattoo to practice in the HTRF 2019 is 50 €. no work can be charged below this amount.
The art has to be valued, the tattoo artists should value their art and work and in turn educate the customer to look for quality and not price.
Following this philosophy we alert all suppliers to the need to maintain price consistency, and any kind of price variation during the event is not tolerated based on competing supplier prices.
ANY STAND OR EXHIBITOR THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE POINTS REFERRED TO BE PENALIZED, MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM THE EVENT AND PREVIOUS TO REGISTER FOR FUTURE EVENTS.
