Meet Valerie Alvarado, Founder & Artistic Director of Beats.

With 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Valerie is a professional dancer, choreographer and creative director with a bachelor’s degree in Film, Radio & Television Production. Today, she serves as choreographer and artistic director for Elvis Crespo while continuing to collaborate on productions throughout the commercial music industry.

Since founding Beats in 2014, she has poured that real world experience into developing confident, disciplined and versatile dancers.

Nearly 13 years later, her vision continues to shape every class, performance and experience at Beats. 💜
