We would like to invite you to participate in an international POLAND TANTRA FESTIVAL held in MARCH 2024 in Poland 💕 . Summary:
🫶 WHEN: 12 - 17th March 2024
🫶 WHERE: Poland, Janów Podlaski Castle (around 2 hours from Warsaw)
🫶 PROGRAM: 5 days full of tantra workshops with great international Teachers 🤲
🫶 Language: All workshops are going to be held in English

(Pl⬇️) We are in the time of the equinox - a natural moment of balance, when day and night meet as equals 🌓🌞🌞

Across cultures, it marks the beginning of a new cycle. A shift from inward reflection to outward movement, growth, and expression.

Being in the middle of a festival amplifies this transition.

Surrounded by people, music, and shared presence, things move faster - patterns become clearer, emotions more accessible, and intentions easier to set.

We continue introducing the program of this year’s Poland Ta**ra Festival ✨

Among the facilitators guiding you through this journey are Shachar Caspi and Arynn Dvir - experienced teachers of conscious relating, embodiment and transformational group work ✨

Their work invites couples to slow down, listen deeply and rediscover what becomes possible when presence, honesty and intimacy are given space to unfold 🌀
During the festival, they will guide participants through powerful experiences including:

Deepening into Love – a workshop for couples ready to explore deeper intimacy, authentic communication and embodied connection beyond familiar patterns 💖

Cacao Ceremony – Igniting the Elemental Power – a ceremonial journey through the elements, awakening the wisdom of the body and reconnecting with the power of water, air, fire and earth 🔥🔥🔥

Integration Ritual – a sacred space to land, integrate and allow the transformation of the journey to settle into everyday life 💖

At this year’s Poland Ta**ra Festival, Adrien Deslous-Paoli will guide participants through “The Art of Emotions” - a somatic journey into the landscape of our inner world ✨🌙

Through breath, sound and conscious movement, participants explore how emotions live in the body and nervous system, learning how to feel them fully, regulate their intensity and express them in a healthy way 🧘‍♀️🧘

This workshop invites you to reconnect with your sensitivity, vitality and emotional intelligence through embodied practices, both solo and in group exercises 💖🔥

Another inspiring facilitator joining this year’s Poland Ta**ra Festival is Santoshi Amor **ra_woman

Through her workshops and temple experiences, Santoshi invites participants into spaces of playfulness, embodiment and authentic connection ✨

In “Garden of Bliss - Temple Night”, a playful interactive temple space opens where you can explore dance, sensuality, emotional flow and intimacy - moving at your own pace and following your natural impulses 🔥

In “Circle of Light - Breath Ritual”, participants work with breath and presence to awaken and circulate heart and sexual energy, discovering the magnetic flow created in deep connection 💖

And in “My Body, My Temple”, a ritual of honouring the body as a sacred temple invites participants to slow down, become fully present and reconnect with the natural sensuality of being alive.

We continue introducing the program of this year’s Poland Ta**ra Festival ✨

One of the facilitators guiding you through deep explorations of intimacy, embodiment and connection is Nadine Bose .bose_spirit.intimacy

During the festival, Nadine will offer three unique spaces of transformation ✨
In “The Yoni - The Sacred Portal of Pleasure, Unconditional Love & Creation”, couples are invited into a devotional exploration of presence, consent and conscious touch. Through ritual, Yoni mapping and gentle somatic work, participants explore the inner landscape of the body, allowing tension to release and natural vitality and pleasure to re-emerge.

In “The Venus Temple - Embodied Polarity in the Waters of Emotion”, an evening temple space opens for exploring emotion, polarity and sensual aliveness through embodied presence and relational depth.

And in “The Heart Field - Awakening to Love Beyond Fear”, participants are guided into practices that soften the protective walls around the heart and allow deeper connection with themselves and others.

This time, we invite you into Elemental Devotion - A Temple of Self Love with Simon Paul Sutton 💖

This workshop is a guided journey into self intimacy, body connection, and devotion to the body as a living temple. Through breath, movement, sound, and touch, Simon creates a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen more deeply to yourself 🌺

From this place of self connection, the journey opens into a shared exploration through the five elements - revealing new ways of relating, expressing, and meeting others with more presence 🧘‍♀️🌺
