HBKG is a SAP by Syed Naveed Ahsan, aims to provides quality sporting opportunities to Girls, Boys, TGs, PWD & refugees to showcase their talent to the whole nation. Mission:
To promote social inclusion and well-being by offering accessible and high-quality sporting experiences to girls, boys, transgender individuals, people with disabilities, and refugees, allowing them to excel and inspire the
nation. Vision: To create a future where sports are universally accessible and inclusive, fostering a society where every participant feels valued, respected, and has the opportunity to thrive, leading to a more equitable and harmonious nation. The key priorities are:
* Inclusivity: Ensuring participation from girls, boys, transgender individuals, people with disabilities, and refugees.
* Opportunity: Providing quality sporting opportunities to showcase talent.
* Empowerment: Building confidence and skills through sports.
* Representation: Enabling participants to represent themselves on a national level.
* Well-being: Promoting physical and mental health through sports participation. The prime target group for "Hum Bhi Khaelien Gay" is girls, boys, transgender individuals, people with disabilities (PWD), and refugees. Relationships with the target group:

By focusing on these relationships, "Hum Bhi Khaelien Gay" can create a positive impact and build a strong, inclusive community. I am enthusiastic and passionate about sports, and I strive to provide multiple sporting opportunities for adolescents, teenagers, and youth. I strongly believe in gender equality, and to promote this, I proposed a project in 2019 called “Hum Abhi Khaelien Gay.” This initiative provided a platform for sports and organized various events where young people from different genders and ethnicities came together to play. For this impactful social action project, I was honored to receive the Gender Equality Youth Champion Award in 2020. In addition to my current role, I have experience as a Youth Development Practitioner, focusing on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Youth Policy, and SDGs education. I am also a Master Trainer for the National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y), a project by the State Bank of Pakistan and the Asian Development Bank.
