The Strategic Human Resource Society (SHRS) of Institute of Business Management (IoBM) introduced Zenith Leadership and Development Conference (ZLDC) nine years ago. SHRS, since its inception, has made ZLDC the focal point of all its efforts. It has aimed to deliver an extraordinary event, year after the other. Apart from being interactive, the main focus is towards more activity-based sessions, where participants are given the chance to showcase their intellect with their ability to agile.
