We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketplace & Website Manager/ Supervisor to join our growing business.
You will be responsible for managing our online marketplace listings, updating our website, optimizing content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings on our marketplace platforms (add, update, remove products).
• Maintain and update website content, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure product descriptions, titles, and keywords are SEO-friendly.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback.
• Track website and marketplace performance using analytics tools.
• Suggest improvements for sales growth and customer experience.
Requirements:
• Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Advance kevek website management And coding skills (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote or Dubai-based depends on the experience
