History!
is Pakistan’s first official trail running event, organized by the pioneer running community every year. The first edition was held in November 2018, the second edition in April 2024, and the third edition in April 2025. It is an annual calendar race event taking place in the Margalla Hills National Park. The beauty of this event lies in showcasing the true charm of the Margalla Hills, where participants get to explore four main trails, along with a section of Pirsohawa Road and Margalla Road. Since the inception of the Margalla Hills Marathon, we have been promoting the cause of sustaining the national park's ecosystem, which is vital both for us and for the wildlife we share the world with. We also highlight the importance of planting trees and raise our voice against deforestation.
