There is no official list of countries that guarantee both job opportunities and free work visas for unskilled workers from Pakistan, but there are some countries that are popular destinations for unskilled or low-skilled workers, especially from South Asia. These countries often have government agreements, labor shortages, or demand for certain types of work (like construction, agriculture, domestic work, etc.).
Here’s a list of countries that regularly hire unskilled labor from Pakistan and may offer visa sponsorship or low-cost visa processes (though rarely "free"):
Gulf Countries (Middle East)
These countries are the most common destinations:
1. Saudi Arabia
2. United Arab Emirates (UAE)
3. Qatar
4. Kuwait
5. Oman
6. Bahrain
These countries have labor import agreements with Pakistan and often need workers for construction, cleaning, driving, security, hospitality, etc. Many visas are arranged through recruiting agencies or employers.
Malaysia
Frequently hires Pakistani workers for plantation work, factories, and cleaning.
Employers often sponsor visas.
South Korea
Under the EPS (Employment Permit System), South Korea hires workers from Pakistan for manufacturing and agriculture. Jobs are mostly low-skilled but legal and with good pay.
Japan
Under its Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa, Japan is now hiring foreign labor, including unskilled roles. Pakistani workers can apply under government programs.
Romania & Eastern Europe (limited roles)
Countries like:
Romania
Poland
Hungary
Are slowly opening to labor from South Asia. These are often through recruiting agencies, but the demand is still rising.
Portugal
Some unskilled labor demand, particularly in agriculture and construction. Seasonal work is common.
Notes:
No country offers “free” work visas; usually, the employer covers visa costs, or it's handled through a government program.
Always go through legal and approved recruiting agencies (registered with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment in Pakistan).
